Transaction Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
If cancellation is requested within 14 days, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price.
In case of no-show, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

To confirm your reservation, a 100% deposit is required.
In case of no-show, you will be charged the remaining amount of the reservation.
Accommodation Regulations
The owner of the accommodation has the legal authority to remove from the premises any guest who does not comply with the accommodation rules. Entry and stay at Nioplias Luxury Apartments Pefkohori implies automatic acceptance of the following terms:
The guest/customer, upon arrival at the accommodation, must present their passport or ID, which will be held by the owner until the account is settled.
Rooms cannot accommodate more persons than stated for each room category, regardless of whether it is an adult or a child. Exceptions are infants using a crib. Note that check-in will not be allowed for extra persons not mentioned in the reservation.
Respect other tenants and quiet hours. Quiet hours (14:00 - 17:00 and 24:00 - 07:00) are mandatory for everyone.
Televisions, radios, and other musical instruments are allowed on the condition that they operate at low volume and comply with quiet hours and not on the room balconies.
Parents must supervise their children regarding compliance with the accommodation's regulations, safety, and not disturbing other guests. Amenities of the accommodation can be used solely at the parents' responsibility.
On your departure day, you must vacate the room by 11:00 AM. Otherwise, you will be charged an additional 50% of the daily rate until 18:00. Beyond 18:00, you will be charged 100% of the daily rate.
Any additional services are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately at the reception.
You are obliged to replace any material damages in the room for which you are responsible and to inform the owner about them.
Prohibited:
Noise and music on the balconies, especially during quiet hours.
In-room kitchens, frying, especially seafood and heavy meats, is not allowed.
Smoking in indoor common areas and inside rooms.
Entry of pets.
Any relocation of furniture and equipment/utensils.
The booking form is a request for a reservation and does not constitute any commitment on your part or the accommodation's part.
After confirming availability from the accommodation, you will be sent bank accounts for the deposit payment as well as a temporary confirmation of your reservation with a deadline date.
Your reservation is valid only after the deposit of 30% of the total amount or another amount agreed with the accommodation owner, only until the deadline date communicated to you, and you will bear all bank fees/commissions. (Option "Expenses at the sender's expense (DEBT/OUR) in case of deposit from another bank.)
The deposit must be proven by sending an email of the bank deposit.
